Job Description:

The Consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills. 
Responsibilities
  • Liaison with business and IT for any SAP Controlling related business activities.
  • Interpret business requirements and map to functional design/solution to meet those requirements.
  • Produce system and user documentation.
  • Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Assessing existing Business processes and recommending improvements.
  • Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
  • Deploying SAP solutions and with minimal defects.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
  • Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
  • Provide high level of customer service and technical delivery against performance levels (SLAs, KPIs & KRAs)
Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP CO module
  • 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience 
  • At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience
  • Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion.
  • To configure the SAP Controlling module to meet business requirements, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologies and EB Global Template.
  • Deliver project tasks / configurations as part of the product catalogue for multiple rollouts (items may include but not limited for Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (including value flow from different SAP logistic modules), Project System, Period end activities such as Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.
  • Document implemented SAP Controlling solutions to ensure successful solution walkthrough. You will create training material for the business key users. You will support the business key users in developing work instructions conducting end user training.
  • Ensure quality and best practices in the SAP Controlling functional domain by adhering to the global SAP solution template, SAP standards, knowledge base best practices.
  • Contribute as project member in IT projects, including full SAP Roll-Out projects.
  • Contribute with technical support as needed to RUN team members as needed.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies and tools as required.
  • Work on project tasks in an agile environment and deliver high-quality code on time.
  • Creating know how and design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects Consultants.
  • Integration with other modules such as Project Systems PS will be needed
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
  • Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
Education and or Training
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, 
  • Specialization in finance, qualified MBA or ICWA equivalent, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting.
  • Experience should include all CO submodules, like CCA, PCA, COPA, Project Systems, Investment Management and Product Costing.
