Privacy Policy

Teksands is a brand of Wrtr Ink LLP. Both entities are interchangeably referred to as "the Company".

This privacy policy (the "Policy") governs information that our visitors provide to us or what we learn from activities of visitors on our website and constitutes a legal agreement between you (Visitor) and the Company (owner). We analyse the log files of our teksands platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This will help us to supervise the website, understand behaviour of visitors, improve our product and services and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We are committed to protecting children's privacy online. This Site is advised for users above the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect payment related information from children.

Billing

If you use our services for which we implement billing system, in that case we may ask for additional information for billing process. For example, we may collect your email address to initiate payments.
