• E2E responsibility for LIAM (Local Identity and Access Management), representing the product towards internal and external stakeholders often on Senior/OE Executive level.

• Overall leadership of the LIAM team within organization.

• Accountable for the LIAM vision, mission and responsible for communication and alignment

• Accountable for LIAM technical set-up and processes, ensuring service stability and security.

• Responsible for LIAM service strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery, aligning product development and operating model with a large number of OE stakeholders.

• Responsible for LIAM demand and supply strategy as well as ‘Pitching’ the service to OEs, identifying and clarifying potential demand.

• Defining and aligning convergence plans together with OEs to integrate local services into the global solution. 

• Enthusiastic about Agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” LIAM team / DevOps model.

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.

• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.

Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience in Product Development with at least 3 years as Product owner preferably in IAM domain.
