Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with clients and project teams to design and architect D365 F&O SCM solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
· Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
· Create detailed functional design documents, outlining the proposed D365 F&O SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations required to achieve optimal business outcomes.
· Lead and guide project teams, providing technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
· Configure D365 F&O SCM modules, leveraging your expertise in areas such as inventory management, procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, and demand forecasting.
· Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between D365 F&O SCM and other systems.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
· Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
· Strong Consulting experience in the Microsoft eco-system including D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations - specifically in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
· Experience with the Microsoft Power platform, specifically Power BI
· Exceptional Consulting skills gained across multiple projects and industries.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
· Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.
