About the Role: We are seeking an experienced M365 Copilot & Tenant Administrator who will primarily focus on the deployment, configuration, and management of M365 Copilot services. The role also involves responsibilities in Power Platform administration, SharePoint administration, Security & Compliance, and Tenant Administration. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is required to automate administrative tasks and enhance efficiency across the Microsoft 365 environment. Key Responsibilities: (Short) M365 Copilot Administration: Configure, manage, and optimize M365 Copilot services for end-users. Power Platform Administration: Manage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), ensuring smooth operations and security compliance. SharePoint Administration: Support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and workflows. Security & Compliance: Implement security policies and manage compliance configurations. Tenant Administration: Manage tenant-wide settings, user roles, licenses, and policies. PowerShell Scripting: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell across M365 services. Qualifications: (Short) Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically to M365 environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency with M365 tools and services Experience with M365 Copilot administration Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements. PowerShell Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferable skills: M365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert). Experience with hybrid environments and complex migration scenarios. Job description in details: (specially for external markets) M365 Copilot Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the usage of M365 Copilot to enhance productivity and user experiences. Ensure smooth integration of Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Provide end-user support and training for M365 Copilot features. Monitor performance and usage analytics, providing insights for improvement and adoption strategies. Power Platform Administration: Oversee the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) for governance, performance, and security. Manage and monitor Power Platform environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement best practices for app development, workflow automation, and data integration using Power Apps and Power Automate. Monitor and manage licenses, capacity, and resource allocation within the Power Platform. Ensure security and compliance by configuring DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and managing access controls. Collaborate with business users to provide support and ensure smooth operation of solutions built on Power Platform. Troubleshoot issues, monitor usage, and optimize performance of Power Platform solutions. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and monitoring tasks within Power Platform. SharePoint Administration: Support and maintain SharePoint Online, including sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows. Assist in SharePoint migration, governance, and performance tuning. Manage SharePoint security and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance standards, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention), eDiscovery, and retention policies. Implement security policies, compliance configurations, and auditing practices. Collaborate with the security team to resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 services. Tenant Administration: Manage tenant-wide settings including Microsoft 365 Groups, licenses, user roles, and permissions. Implement and monitor tenant policies, ensuring they align with organizational needs. Troubleshoot tenant issues, working with Microsoft Support as needed. PowerShell Scripting: Automate routine administrative tasks across Microsoft 365 services using PowerShell. Develop scripts to improve efficiency in tasks such as user provisioning, reporting, and compliance checks. Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills Must have 8+ years working experience in supporting M365 technologies. Knowledge of O365 technologies such as Teams, Identity management & protection, SharePoint Online SSO, Conditional Access, Retention Policies. Knowledge of process and technologies like Active Directory, Azure RMS, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft FastTrack Ensure compliance to internal standards, understand, and translate customer requirements into technical product increments. Establish test plans, perform tests and documents results. Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment. Experience in implementation and support of M365 services including MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, PowerApps & Automate, Compliance & Security Architect and document designs using best practices with a focus on security Be the Subject Matter Expert for all components of M365 (MS Teams, Sharepoint Online, Onedrive, Security and Compliance, etc.) Good understanding and hands on experience in working with Powershell. Experience in dealing with demanding customers, preferably in the financial sector. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Identity Manager etc. Good Verbal and Written communication Skills.
