Job Description:
10+ years of experience with Java and Microservices, Kotlin with Micronaut or Spring
Boot, or Apache Groovy
2. Working Knowledge of GraphQL API implementation with Spring Boot
3. Working Knowledge of ElasticSearch
4. Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, postgresql, MS Sql Server, etc.)
5. Working Knowledge of DynamoDB & MongoDB
6. Strong in SOAP and REST web services
7. Knowledge of Swing, Struts, EJB, Spring,Maven and Ant
8. Knowledge of Containerization like Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
9. Knowledge of new Relic
10. Should have experience in AWS/GCP
11. Strong Unit testing
12. CI/CD
13. 5+ years of Front End experience with React
Design pattern & event driven architecture
15. Experience in Architecture diagrams, Schema, DSD, FSD
16. Drive the technical strategy and lead team(s) in meeting the strategic objectives,
customer experience
17. Good Written, Presentation, Communication skills.
18. Knowledge on database and application performance improvement and application
security is required.
19. Experience on code reviews, architectural reviews, functional reviews and estimations
20. Excellent troubleshooting skills & Providing technical guidance to engineering teams
21. Exposure of managing & grooming a large technical team
22. Implementing best practices standards & guidelines
23. Work with resourcing teams in screening, recruitment processes, onboarding at scale
24. Skills Assessment, gap analysis for skill sets and create training plans to bridge the
same
25. Track industry and project specific technology trends to keep team updated skill-wise
26. Responsible for managing a high performing, competent Java+React team
27. Create and report periodic, competency assessment scorecards for a large Java team
