Summary:

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Technical Lead to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong Java, Springboot, Microservices, unit testing, AWS, React, and Angular skills, along with 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of software solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Springboot and Microservices architecture
- Write unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code
- Deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and monitor performance
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate React and Angular components
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Springboot, Microservices, and unit testing
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficiency in React and Angular frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Certification in Java programming or related technologies is a plus
