Job Description:
Role is a combination of Business Analyst with Banking and Payments industry experience as well and drive teams as Scrum Master.
- 9+ years of experience in Application development or business analyst role with at least last 2-3 years as Scrum Master (CSM certified).
- As BA, work with product owners, architects. Gather requirements and drive story elaboration through relevant tool. Proactive story pipeline in backlog pool. Work closely with Tech leads in team to proactively unblock potential blockers.
- Participate in Scaled agile planning sessions along with the Leads for quarterly and annual planning exercise. Facilitate the team’s Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
- Conduct daily standups with the team and facilitate co-ordination with peer scrum teams as required.
- Reporting: track/report velocity for iterations (plan vs met) across quarterly plan.
- Understanding on JIRA/ rally for story/ epic creation and tracking
- Huge plus if you have expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model
