Job Description:
1.Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide L2 technical support for SAS-based fraud detection solutions, with a focus on ESP and ECM components.
2.To Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues related to SAS applications, fraud detection workflows, and associated Java-based components.
3.To Collaborate closely with L1 support, development teams, and business users to resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to fraud operations.
4.System Monitoring and Optimization
5.To Proactively monitor SAS applications and infrastructure to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
6.To Use diagnostic tools and performance monitoring systems to ensure the stability and efficiency of fraud detection processes.
7.To Optimize fraud detection systems to improve event processing speed, reduce false positives, and ensure real-time analysis of suspicious activities.
8.SAS ESP and ECM Administration.To Perform administration and maintenance tasks for SAS Event Stream Processing (ESP) and SAS Enterprise Case Management (ECM) solutions.
9.To Manage deployments, configurations, and upgrades of SAS applications in compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
10.To Ensure ESP and ECM modules are optimized for fraud detection, customizing as necessary to meet changing fraud trends and operational requirements.
