Job Description:
· Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies
· Strong knowledge and real experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing, CTI Integration and Web UI & IC web client module.
· Good Exposure on Base Customization
· Good Business process understanding
· Able to understand client requirement and work individually
· Client facing and convincing skills
· Strong Tech & Functional Specification documentations
· Able to demonstrate and train business users
· Design and execute UAT
· Integration with Banking Source Systems and EDW
· Preferred SAP CRM Apps version is CRM 7.3 Ehp2 +
