Job Description:
JD:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of SFDC Developer experience
· Salesforce
Development: Design,
develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
Components, Aura Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
· Experience
with Experience Cloud:
Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to enhance user engagement,
streamline user experiences, and meet business needs.
· MuleSoft
Integration:
Develop and manage MuleSoft APIs and integrations to connect Salesforce with
other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
· Service
Cloud and Sales cloud experience.
· Customization
& Configuration:
Customize Salesforce applications to fit specific business needs, including
workflows, process automation, and custom objects.
· Technical
Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team
members. Lead code reviews, design discussions, and best practice sessions.
· Troubleshooting
& Debugging:
Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems.
Implement solutions to improve system reliability and user experience.
· Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and
stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including
design specifications, system configurations, and integration workflows.
· Continuous
Improvement: Stay
up to date with Salesforce and MuleSoft advancements and industry best
practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance
and functionality.
· Must
to have Experience Cloud Salesforce Certification and good to having other
Salesforce Certifications.
· Strong
oral and written communication skills.
· Ability
to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
· Effectively
communicating your insights and plans to team members and management.
· Good
exposure to Agile development methodologies.
