Job Description:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong
proficiency in .NET full stack development, including ASP.NET,
C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Experience
with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks
like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge
of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Familiarity
with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Project Management:
- Proven
experience in managing complex software development projects.
- Proficiency
in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, JIRA,
Trello).
- Experience
in Agile project execution, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- PMP,
Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability
to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple
stakeholders.
- Strong
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience:
- Minimum
of 11 to 14 years of total experience and minimum of 3-4 years in
technical project management and .NET full stack development.
- The
most recent role should be that of technical PM or a project lead in agile
environment
