Job Description:
- Manage and support a fleet of MacBooks within the organization
- Integrate Macs with Active Directory for seamless user authentication and access control
- Utilize tools such as Munki and Jamf for software deployment and management
- Implement security measures using Jamf Protect to safeguard MacBooks from potential threats
- Provide technical support to end users for any MacBook-related issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting of MacBooks
- Document processes and procedures related to MacBook administration
- 2 to 5 years of experience in MacBook administration and support
- Proficiency in MAC OS, jamf, macOS, and Zendesk
- Experience with integrating Macs and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Munki and Jamf for software deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
