Job Description:

Application Administration:  
• Troubleshooting at the application level  
• Maintenance and Support
• Application modules management at user level  
• Case management with the vendor  
• Problem management with the vendor  

Vulnerabilities Resolution:  
• Active collaboration in the resolution of vulnerabilities  
• Application queries related to vulnerabilities  
• Collect evidence to comply with the global security and password policy  

Reporting Management:  
• KRI monthly report which includes application availability data
