Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Hadoop administration and big data technologies.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
Strong knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem components and related technologies.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of security practices and principles in a big data environment.
Experience with cloud-based big data services (e.g., AWS EMR, Azure HDInsight) is a plus.
