Job Description:
Total IT experience of 8-12 years with at least 2 years of work experience in partner/customer service delivery.
Good expertise in stakeholder management, communication management, solutioning and team management.
Exposure to metrics and SLAs, KPIs, reporting, incident management, team management
Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision
Prior exposure to healthcare, governance or development sectors is an added advantage
Hands-on experience in web-technologies and open source technologies will be a big plus
Familiarity with GIT, JIRA and other similar tools
