Summary:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate calls when necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be smart and customer-focused, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a BPO setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Escalate calls to the appropriate department when necessary
- Provide assistance through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience and Qualification Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer care role within a BPO setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customers with professionalism
- Experience with international voice and chat support is preferred
- Knowledge of email communication best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
