We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with expertise in AWS to join our dynamic team. As a Java Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Java applications hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
   Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Java applications.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
   Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
   Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.
   Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Java Developer with at least [X years] of experience.
   Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
   In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
   Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
